The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and forward‑thinking  Chief Technology Officer (CTO)  to lead our technology organization through its next phase of growth and innovation. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CTO will drive the company’s technical vision, shape long‑term strategy, and ensure seamless execution across engineering, data, product, and infrastructure functions. This is a high‑impact role suited for a technology leader who excels at building teams, scaling platforms, and aligning technology initiatives with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Direct, plan, and oversee the company’s overall operations by leading and coordinating middle managers across all functions.

Establish and implement strategic policies that guide the company’s vision, ensuring alignment with Shyft Labs’ mission to deliver data‑driven, AI‑powered solutions for its clients.

Approve the creation and structuring of key departments, defining senior leadership roles and ensuring organizational alignment with corporate strategy.

Define the long‑term vision and growth strategy of the company, leading the development and execution of critical programs, initiatives, and operational frameworks.

Allocate and manage financial, human, and technological resources to support business objectives, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth.

Oversee talent acquisition, workforce planning, and leadership development to build and retain a highly skilled team of professionals in data science, engineering, and consulting.

Lead the appointment, evaluation, and development of middle and senior managers to ensure operational excellence and alignment with company goals.

Foster collaboration and integration across departments and business units, ensuring unified execution of projects and delivery of services to global clients.

Represent Shyft Labs in high‑level negotiations, partnerships, and official events, safeguarding the company’s interests and strengthening its market presence.

Drive innovation by monitoring global technology trends, emerging data solutions, and industry best practices to maintain Shyft Labs’ competitive advantage.

Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the quality of services delivered to clients.

Introduce and lead sustainability and ethical AI initiatives, ensuring responsible innovation, data governance, and compliance with evolving industry standards.

Establish performance measurement systems and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational effectiveness, client satisfaction, and financial performance.

Monitor financial performance, analyze operating costs, and implement strategies to optimize profitability and efficiency.

Ensure the adoption and integration of cutting‑edge data platforms, software tools, and digital systems to enhance accuracy, scalability, and innovation in service delivery.

Allocate material, human, and financial resources to execute organizational policies, programs, and long‑term initiatives.

Authorize and structure the establishment of major departments, including hiring and appointing senior leadership roles.

Establish organizational objectives and formulate or approve policies, programs, and technology roadmaps that support overall business strategy.

Represent the organization or appoint delegates in negotiations, strategic partnerships, regulatory discussions, and other official functions.

Select and empower middle managers, directors, and executive technical staff, ensuring clarity in responsibilities, decision‑making authority, and success metrics.

Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily technology operations, ensuring reliability, scalability, compliance, and alignment to business outcomes.
