The Role

They are looking for a proactive Account Manager or Brand Manager to oversee high-value client relationships and ensure seamless campaign execution. This individual will serve as the central point of contact between clients, field teams, and internal stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding brand ambassadors, maintaining client satisfaction, and ensuring that campaign objectives are consistently achieved. They are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of outcomes, and brings prior experience in experiential or guerrilla-style marketing initiatives.

The Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
  • Oversee priority accounts and ensure all agreed deliverables are successfully executed.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients and frontline brand representatives, sharing insights and performance updates.
  • Apply best practices and process improvements drawn from previous experience to enhance operational effectiveness.
Team Leadership & Oversight
  • Direct and support a field team of approximately 20–50 brand ambassadors.
  • Coach team members to achieve performance targets and maintain high standards of representation.
  • Monitor team performance and provide structured feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Strategic & Operational Support
  • Review campaign metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with broader business objectives.
  • Contribute ideas that enhance campaign impact and operational scalability.
The Requirements:
  • 1–2+ years of experience in account management, brand management, or a related marketing-focused role.
  • Demonstrated experience leading or supervising teams.
  • Proven ability to manage brand initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfort using project management and collaboration tools such as Asana, Slack, and Excel.
  • A performance-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or surpassing goals.
