About the EngagementAkkodis is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Leader to support the Community Administration Solutions Sun setting (CASS) initiative. The successful candidate will lead multiple work streams, oversee project Public Sector, manage high‑complexity dependencies across ministries and agencies, and provide strategic and operational leadership.
Scope- Establish and promote governance frameworks, meeting cadences, reporting structures, and escalation pathways.
- Lead project work streams, ensuring timely delivery against approved plans, scope, budget, and business outcomes.
- Manage risks, issues, and mitigation strategies, ensuring effective communication across stakeholder groups.
- Develop and maintain an integrated project plan outlining milestones, dependencies, timelines, risks, and resource needs.
- Establish and manage governance frameworks, including meeting cadences, decision‑making processes, and escalation pathways.
- Prepare project artefacts such as status reports, RAIDs (Risk, Action, Issue, Decision logs), transition plans, and steering committee updates.
Must Have:
- Extensive experience managing complex, enterprise‑level projects with proven success in delivering within scope, budget, and approved plans.
- Experience providing senior‑level strategic and operational advice on business, financial, and resourcing impacts.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders across multi‑ministry or multi‑agency environments.
Nice to Have:
- Contribute to the development of enhanced dashboards or visualization tools for tracking project progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Support the refinement of enterprise project governance frameworks or PMO best‑practice standards.
- Provide guidance on modern ERP modernization approaches or migration strategies based on previous experience.
