TCR is growing! We’re looking for Collections Supervisors!
We currently have (1) vacancy for a bilingual Supervisor (French & English) located in Quebec, and (3) vacancies for English speaking only Supervisors in Ontario.
This position requires a minimum of 1 year’s experience in 3rd party collections. The Collections Supervisor plays a key leadership role in coaching, mentoring, providing direction, and ensuring quality of the services within the department.
In order to be eligible for employment, you must reside in a reasonable commuting distance to the following TCR offices in order to pick up your equipment. You must be willing to work evenings and weekends as required.
Compensation in this role consists of an hourly wage, plus performance-based bonuses and incentives.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and communicate with TCR’s management teamSupport the hiring and onboarding processCoaching agents to success (i.e., KPIs, compliance, negotiation skills)Administrative functions including creating, reporting on, and managing the team’s support deskSupport production needs and perform calls, if necessaryHandle escalated customer calls, and collections calls, as neededOther duties as assigned by Collections Manager or Department DirectorRequirements:
Fluent in English, French to be considered an asset1 year of collections experience or relevant supervisory experienceAdvanced computer skills (specifically Excel)Excellent knowledge of DRSAbility to work evenings and/or weekends on a rotating basisExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills and ability to prioritizeWillingness to learnProfessional, tactful and empathetic
