Riley Farber’s executive search practice has partnered with a growing, North American customized manufacturer of products and aftermarket services within sport facilities, educational establishments and the public facilities market, in the search for their new Vice President, Sales & Marketing to be based out of their head office in Southern Ontario.
The business is growing and evolving, and to continue this journey and enable our client to reach its full potential, they are searching for an exceptional and motivated Vice President, Sales & Marketing to join their team. As they create the next generation of products and services, they are looking for this leader to strategically align and continue building on their foundation and commitments to their clients.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Vice President, Sales & Marketing will play a crucial role in strategically influencing and driving their growth agenda by identifying opportunities, building and maintaining strategic partnerships, and executing initiatives to achieve business objectives.
The new leader will need to immediately step up and ‘own’ the revenue generation arm of our client, selling new projects, instilling confidence in clients in their capabilities, investigating new opportunities to pursue, and leading a team that is looking for expertise and guidance.
