Position: Shift Supervisor for Employee Management
Manage and coordinate operations as a Full-Time Shift Supervisor. Lead a team on the 2nd shift while ensuring quality service delivery and effective project management.

This role encompasses supervising personnel and overseeing service activities in assigned buildings. Responsibilities include scheduling, conducting staff evaluations, and maintaining necessary inventory controls. You will also focus on quality assurance checks and fostering customer relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee employee direction and performance evaluations

• Coordinate projects and manage shift activities

• Maintain compliance with service contracts

• Prepare payroll and monitor staff attendance

• Conduct training and orientation for new employees

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience required

• Fluent in both English and Spanish

• Motivated and proactive problem-solver

• Background check is mandatory

• Knowledgeable in cleaning procedures
