Property Manager

Position: Full-Time Property Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee operations of residential property managers

• Develop and manage operational budgets annually

• Assist with maintenance and client management

• Ensure timely completion of maintenance and inspections

• Handle lease administration and tenant communications

Requirements:

• Experience in residential property management

• Knowledge of relevant regulations and building codes

• Proficient in customer service and communication

• Familiarity with Yardi and MS Office programs

• Strong analytical and supervisory skills
