Strategic PMO Lead

Position: Strategic PMO Lead at Acosta
Be the driving force behind Acosta Canada's enterprise strategic initiatives as the PMO Lead. Oversee governance and facilitate value realization across transformational efforts.

This pivotal role within the Enterprise Transformation team focuses on translating high-level strategy into executable roadmaps. As a leader, you'll ensure alignment and prioritize investments across critical initiatives while providing insights that inform executive discussions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support teams in aligning strategic priorities with the enterprise portfolio

• Manage governance processes, including portfolio reviews and check-ins

• Establish PMO standards for project and program management

• Deliver concise insights on portfolio risks and health

• Identify and resolve dependencies impacting enterprise outcomes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

• 8+ years in program management, transformation, or consulting

• Demonstrated experience managing complex portfolios

• Strong financial and risk management abilities

• Proven ability to engage with senior leadership and C-suite
