Step into a leadership role with Sephora Canada as the Operations and Talent Manager in Toronto. This full-time position supports both operational excellence and team development to enhance customer experiences.
At Sephora’s ON-Yonge & Eglinton location, you will manage the recruitment process, oversee scheduling, and ensure effective training strategies. In collaboration with the Store Director, you’ll be responsible for ongoing assessments of staff performance and maintaining store operations that align with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the talent selection process with final interviews
• Implement training programs for new and existing staff
• Approve schedules and payroll submissions
• Deliver performance appraisals and feedback
• Ensure adherence to operational guidelines and inventory control
Requirements:
• 2-4 years of management experience in retail or beauty sectors
• Proven recruiting and team-building skills
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Familiarity with Windows, Word, and Excel
• Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
