Our 36‑month program is designed for bold thinkers and ambitious professionals ready to experiment, introduce new ideas, and lead change that spans borders. Through two high‑impact rotations, you’ll create transformative solutions while learning from some of the brightest minds in the industry. Who Can Apply?

We’re searching for accomplished, forward‑thinking professionals who thrive in complexity, take ownership, and are eager to shape the future. To be eligible for the Future in Progress:
Future Leaders Program, you should have:

  • A master’s degree in business, business administration (MBA), economics, or a related field.
  • No less than 6 years of post‑graduation professional experience in a global organization, with exposure to diverse markets and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English and the local language of the country where you’re applying.
  • Legal right to work in the country of application (without sponsorship).
  • Willingness and ability to relocate internationally and within your home market.
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to apply business insights in decision‑making.
  • Proven ability to think strategically and solve complex challenges.
  • Agility and resilience in fast‑changing environments.
  • Initiative to drive progress and propose bold ideas.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working across functions.
Experience With
  • Category & Business Model Expertise:
    Provides deep knowledge of a category, fundamentals to guide commercial deployment, packaging, and product readiness.
  • Strategic & Analytical Problem Solving:
    Leads fit‑gap analyses, opportunity assessments, and business cases to unlock growth and optimize deployment decisions.
