An established and rapidly scaling luxury development organization is seeking a visionary Vice President of Residential Operations to lead the strategic growth and operational performance of a high‑profile purpose‑built rental portfolio across the GTA. Working closely with ownership and executive leadership, you will oversee residential operations, leasing strategy, marketing direction, portfolio performance, and team development while helping scale the organization into one of Canada’s premier rental housing providers.

Your Responsibilities
  • Oversee residential operations, leasing, and marketing strategy across a growing purpose‑built rental portfolio
  • Lead portfolio lease‑up and stabilization initiatives for new residential developments across the GTA
  • Mentor and elevate a high‑performing leadership team, including leasing and residential operations leaders
  • Drive strategic planning, budgeting, operational efficiencies, and process improvements across the platform
  • Collaborate directly with executive leadership on growth strategy, portfolio expansion, and operational scaling
  • Support tenant negotiation strategies, leasing structures, and overall resident experience initiatives
Skills and Qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience within residential property management, leasing, or rental operations
  • Demonstrated success leading large‑scale purpose‑built rental or residential development portfolios
  • Strong operational leadership experience across leasing, marketing, portfolio growth, and asset stabilization
  • Proven expertise in budgeting, change management, process improvement, and strategic planning
  • Strong understanding of lease structures, tenant negotiations, and landlord‑tenant regulations
  • Experience mentoring and leading high‑performing operational teams in fast‑paced environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related discipline preferred
