Position: General Manager II for DHL Supply Chain
DHL Supply Chain seeks a General Manager II for its North York, Ontario facility. This leadership position focuses on comprehensive warehouse operations and strategic management.

As a General Manager II at DHL Supply Chain, you will oversee all aspects of distribution operations. This role requires a minimum of five years in managerial positions and two years in the supply chain sector. You will lead a team, manage customer relationships, and ensure profitability through effective P&L management while optimizing warehouse processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct daily operations of warehousing and distribution

• Develop processes to improve operational efficiency

• Inspire and guide Operations Managers and staff

• Ensure safety and compliance in operations

• Analyze reports for driving performance improvement

Requirements:

• 5+ years of management experience

• 2+ years in warehousing or distribution roles

• Experience with 3PL logistics preferred

• P&L management familiarity preferred

• Relevant Bachelor's degree preferred
