In this influential role, you will report to the SVP and oversee critical transformation initiatives within Investment Finance and Operations. Your leadership will align diverse teams towards strategic objectives, driving sustained organizational improvements and measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Outline and implement strategic transformation initiatives
• Facilitate effective integration across business, finance, and technology
• Manage organizational design and process adaptation efforts
• Build partnerships and communicate progress with senior executives

Requirements:
• Minimum of 15 years leading transformational programs
• Proven expertise in investment and operational processes
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills
• Strong grasp of business process reengineering
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced certification preferred
