Elevate Clio’s culture and learning ecosystem as Vice President of People Business Partners & Talent Development. This hybrid leadership position is key to driving talent density and performance at scale.
In this role, you will architect strategies that align the PBP and L&D functions r leadership ensures that organizations have the talent they need while employees have avenues for continuous learning and growth. You will report to the Chief People Officer and collaborate with executive leadership on strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Architect talent density strategies for organizational alignment
• Integrate PBP and L&D for cohesive skill development
• Drive executive succession planning efforts
• Foster AI-driven personalized learning experiences
• Enhance the approach to performance management
Requirements:
• Minimum of 10 years in people leadership roles
• Expertise in SaaS business metrics and talent strategy
• Aptitude for managing organizational changes effectively
• Strong executive presence with leadership influence
• Experience in developing internal people-focused programs
