In this role, you will report to the Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary, ensuring comprehensive governance administration for CHSO and CCLC. Your responsibilities will include managing Board meeting logistics, overseeing the Board portal, and maintaining accurate records. A strong background in executive administration and governance will be crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise directly with Board members to provide support
• Coordinate the annual work plans of Boards and Committees
• Draft and manage Board meeting materials and agendas
• Attend meetings to document minutes and actions
• Manage logistics for significant Board events
Requirements:
• Relevant diploma or degree is required
• Five years of experience in governance or executive roles
• Familiarity with governance principles and practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and governance software
