As Associate Director, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our office spaces to align with MUFG's vision. Your responsibilities will include managing fit-outs, renovations, and operational standards to ensure a seamless experience for all employees. Collaborating closely with local teams and vendors, you will address facilities issues efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee fit-out and renovation projects, ensuring timely delivery
• Assess architectural drawings to mitigate risks and enhance outcomes
• Coordinate daily operations across multiple office settings
• Maintain vendor contracts and perform quality checks
• Implement health and safety protocols throughout the region
Requirements:
• Over 5 years’ experience in facilities or workplace management
• Proven success in managing fit-outs or renovations
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and project plans
• Strong organizational skills to handle various responsibilities
• Experience with workplace management systems and budgeting
