Position: Northland HSE Assurance Leadership Role
Lead HSE assurance efforts at Northland as the Manager in Toronto, focusing on region-wide compliance and continuous improvement. Ensure the robust development of HSE practices across the Americas.

In the role of Manager of HSE Assurance, you will direct the Health, Safety, and Environmental Management System throughout the Americas, ensuring alignment with international standards like ISO
45001. You will support auditing activities, performance reporting, and incident management efforts, making significant contributions to Northland’s mission in the energy sector. Your leadership will be key in implementing effective governance and oversight strategies across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee development of HSE Management System

• Lead compliance auditing and readiness assessments

• Manage HSE-related performance reporting

• Coordinate incident investigations and corrective actions

• Ensure adherence to Canadian and international HSE laws

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field

• 10+ years in HSE, especially governance/assurance

• ISO Management Systems experience required

• Knowledge of Canadian HSE regulations

• Flexibility to travel for HSSE verification
