Capital One Canada seeks a Senior Manager of Debt Recovery Strategy to enhance analytics for customer credit recovery. This role is key in fostering customer resilience through data-driven decisions.
Based in Toronto, you will lead analytics efforts aimed at managing the portfolio risks of delinquent and charged-off accounts.
Your role requires collaborating with Business Analysts and Product Managers to create effective strategies that align with the company’s goals while ensuring customer satisfaction and financial health.
Key Responsibilities:
• Formulate strategies to reduce losses while enhancing customer experience
• Develop a high-performing analytics team that embodies inclusion
• Challenge strategic analysis for clarity and focus
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive results
• Influence and advise senior leaders on strategic initiatives
Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years of experience in analytics or credit risk
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in a collaborative setting
• Strong problem-solving skills with storytelling capabilities
• Proven history of fostering partnerships among leaders
• Ability to make decisions in uncertain conditions
