In this key managerial role, you will oversee the Student Success team, coordinating outreach and engagement initiatives designed to foster student transition and retention. Your leadership will include program delivery tailored to student needs, ensuring comprehensive support as they embark on their academic journeys. Collaborating with various campus units, you will enhance both awareness and access to TMU’s resources.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Student Success programs and initiatives
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and outcomes
• Collaborate with campus partners for awareness and engagement
• Manage and develop the Student Success Navigator team
• Coordinate development of promotional materials for programs
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in social sciences or related field
• 3-5 years in Student Affairs or a similar field
• Strong leadership in a unionized environment
• Knowledge of retention and student success strategies
• Excellent communication and data assessment skills
Lead impactful changes in student navigation and support systems at Toronto Metropolitan University.
