Drive large-scale AI program delivery at RBC, enriching the bank's innovative projects across generative AI and fraud detection. This role requires expertise in technical leadership blended with strategic foresight.
As a Senior Director, Program Delivery, you will lead RBC's strategic AI initiatives, balancing program management with technical execution. Reporting to the VP of Solutions Engineering & Delivery, your focus will be to ensure timely, within-budget deliveries while liaising with engineering and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee execution of the most complex AI initiatives
• Develop and manage clear program roadmaps and deliverables
• Establish program governance and operational excellence measures
• Foster strong inter-team communications and partnerships
• Drive improvements in delivery methodologies and practices
Requirements:
• 12+ years in technology delivery roles
• 7+ years in relevant program management positions
• Proven track record in AI/ML program management
• Strong leadership and analytical capabilities
• Familiarity with regulated industries beneficial
