Position: Employee Health & Disability Manager Role
Drive impactful employee support as the Employee Health & Disability Manager. Oversee management of disability programs, workplace accommodations, and health safety initiatives.

This managerial position focuses on ensuring compliance and promoting employee well-being through strategic initiatives. With a requirement for five years of experience, you will facilitate the integration of ergonomics, oversee health and safety programs, and engage with various stakeholders to create supportive work environments. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the employee disability management program

• Analyze data for program improvements and early interventions

• Manage health and safety training sessions

• Collaborate closely with unions and external partners

• Develop and implement effective workplace policies

Requirements:

• Five years of progressive experience in disability management

• University degree in HR or related discipline

• Certification in HR, Disability Management, or Safety is a plus

• Comprehensive knowledge of OHSA, WSIB, and human rights laws

• Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism
