Senior Finance and Operations Director

Position: Senior Finance and Operations Director AIP Connect
Lead financial and operational strategies as the Senior Finance and Operations Director at AIP Connect, a nonprofit in health and wellness. Emphasize financial stewardship and organizational effectiveness every day.

In this senior role, you will report to the President and CEO and oversee finance, HR, IT, and operational functions. Your efforts will enhance the organization’s sustainability through effective management and compliance, ensuring all processes align with organizational values. Driving improvements in budgeting and workforce planning will be key responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee full-cycle accounting and financial compliance

• Provide leadership in HR practices and employee experience

• Manage technology adoption and ensure data security

• Implement office administration and procurement efficiencies

• Present financial data to executive leadership and boards

Requirements:

• 10+ years in finance and operations, leadership experience required

• Bachelor's degree in finance or Accounting preferred

• CPA is a plus

• Knowledge of nonprofit and public sector financial practices

• Expertise in managing stakeholder relationships
