As the senior-most executive at SCOR’s Canadian branch, you will ensure effective governance and operational excellence. Leading the senior management team, you will enhance client engagement and market credibility while focusing on growth within the life reinsurance sector. Your responsibilities include financial oversight, risk management, and upholding SCOR’s core values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a visible leader and ambassador for SCOR

• Ensure financial performance and regulatory compliance

• Develop service standards for client engagement

• Monitor regulatory developments and market conditions

• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements:

• Minimum 10-15 years in leadership within reinsurance

• Proven success with P&L responsibility

• Solid background in underwriting and pricing

• Familiarity with governance and compliance frameworks

• Strong strategic decision-making and influence skills
