In this pivotal role, the Offering Manager collaborates with the Global Director of Product Management to redefine offering strategies based on market trends, competitive analysis, and customer insights. This position requires extensive experience in fluid flow and heat transfer and will involve developing modular solutions tailored to key industries including district energy and data centers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop offering strategies based on macro trends and competition

• Lead Voice of Customer initiatives to inform product management

• Create business propositions for market positioning and growth

• Manage a global product portfolio for modular performance solutions

• Collaborate with sales and operations to enhance customer experience

Requirements:

• University Degree in Engineering; MBA preferred

• 15-20 years in engineering and manufacturing

• Strong understanding of fluid flow and heat transfer

• Proven customer-facing negotiation skills

• Experience managing global teams
