This role focuses on harmonizing career bands within Technology, aligning them with a recognized framework to support staff progression. You will engage in collaborative efforts with HR and CIOs to implement effective change management, ensuring that new job titles are integrated successfully. Develop training materials to facilitate this change and promote a culture of secondments across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote a client-centric culture within teams
• Develop job specifications using proven industry standards
• Oversee change implementation and sustain updates
• Facilitate effective communication regarding career transitions
• Benchmark against industry best practices
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years in Technology or HR/learning development
• Relevant degree from an accredited university
• HR qualification is an asset
• Willingness to familiarize with SFIA 9.0
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
