Lead exceptional employer onboarding for CAAT’s DBplus pension plan as a hybrid working Manager. Utilize your deep pension expertise and leadership skills to enhance employer-client experiences.

As the Manager of Employer Onboarding, you will oversee the entire onboarding journey for new employers, guiding teams through complex terms. This full-time position calls for strong mentoring and leadership to resolve intricate operational issues ensuring employer satisfaction. You will also shape strategies and processes with various internal teams to optimize the onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the complete onboarding process for new employer clients

• Lead and mentor onboarding professionals for high performance

• Address operational challenges and escalate complex issues timely

• Organize implementation plans and coordinate cross-functional tasks

• Build lasting, trust-based relationships with employer clients

Requirements:

• 7 to 10 years of pensions or financial services experience

• Proven people leadership and project management skills

• Strong communication skills for technical guidance

• College diploma or university degree desired

• CEBS, RPA, or PMP designations preferred
