Overview Role:
Executive Communications Leader focused on CEO communications content. The role requires exceptional writing and editing expertise to craft speeches, thought leadership, and editorial content. You will manage multiple priorities and senior stakeholders, advising leadership while ensuring all communications align with the Bank’s strategic priorities.
Responsibilities Lead and elevate all CEO communications, overseeing speeches, presentations, colleague engagement, video content, and executive briefings.
Shape high-impact content for strategic engagements by partnering with stakeholders to develop clear, compelling narratives grounded in insight and research.
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, building strong relationships and providing strategic communications counsel.
Drive thought leadership that advances the Bank’s narrative, delivering content that reflects strategy and leadership on key issues.
Integrate efforts across Corporate and Public Affairs to amplify CEO messaging, measure outcomes, and embed data-driven insights into communications.
Develop and lead a high-performing content team, ensuring disciplined execution and consistency in voice, tone, and messaging.
Qualifications 10+ years in corporate communications, journalism, or agency roles, with financial services expertise.
Exceptional writer and editor with a strong storytelling lens across formats.
Proven track record delivering high-impact content under tight deadlines.
Experience shaping executive voice to drive business outcomes.
Strong news and macro awareness, with ability to translate into strategy.
Leadership experience building and coaching high-performing communications teams.
Trusted advisor to senior leaders, with sound judgment and influence.
Thrives in complex, fast-paced environments with competing priorities.
Relevant degree or equivalent experience in corporate communications, PR, or journalism.
Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
