Position: Lead Cards Onboarding at Fairstone Bank
Fairstone Bank is looking for a Team Lead in Cards Onboarding who specializes in Visa product integration. Drive operational efficiency while guiding and coaching staff.

In this permanent, full-time position, you will lead the Cards Onboarding team at Fairstone Bank, ensuring compliance and quality are upheld in onboarding Home Trust’s Preferred and Secured Visa products. This leadership role requires 2-4+ years in credit card operations, driving performance through coaching and effective workflow management. You will also oversee the implementation of process improvements to enhance customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor New Account Specialists for improved performance

• Assess the accuracy of submitted applications

• Address system issues with onboarding vendors

• Manage the application pipeline efficiently

• Ensure compliance through quality assurance processes

Requirements:

• University Degree is mandatory

• 2-4+ years in financial services or operations

• Strong coaching and communication skills

• In-depth knowledge of risk control measures

• Experience in a deadline-driven, high-volume setting
