Senior Manager, Regulatory Compliance

Step into the vital role of Senior Manager in Regulatory Compliance at TD in Toronto, Ontario. Lead compliance initiatives aligned with OSFI Guideline E-13 while fostering a culture of risk management.

• Review and align regulatory compliance frameworks with OSFI guidelines

• Develop compliance risk assessment and testing methodologies

• Manage audits and governance interactions for compliance

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

• 10+ years in compliance or risk management

• Knowledge of OSFI E-13 compliance programs

• Strong communication and influencing skills

• Experience in leading change across functions
