The Director of Client Services is a pivotal role, reporting to the Assistant Executive Director. You will guide the Program Management Team, meet housing and treatment requirements, and manage budgets effectively. This position combines leadership in staff development with a focus on continuous quality improvement in client care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve clinical performance targets consistently
• Collaborate with Program Coordinators for service consistency
• Develop action plans for service delivery issues
• Lead and mentor the Program Management team
• Build partnerships with community stakeholders
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree with regulated college membership
• Minimum five years in a management role
• Experience supervising teams effectively
• Strong communication and networking capabilities
• Certification in clinical supervision and trauma-informed services
Drive excellence in client services and enhance community impact in Toronto with your leadership skills.
