Reporting to the Sr. Project Manager, you will ensure that projects are executed efficiently and in line with quality standards. This role emphasizes your expertise in managing budgets, negotiating contracts, and resolving disputes promptly. Collaborating with various teams will be key to facilitating successful project outcomes and achieving critical milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and submit construction estimates with the team
• Lead shift work and site management as needed
• Manage project-level issues and ensure escalation to senior management
• Conduct and lead scheduling meetings weekly
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
Requirements:
• Over 8 years of experience in a Project Manager capacity
• Relevant background in the utility construction industry
• Proficient in construction project software
• Strong communication and leadership qualities
• Ability to work independently under pressure
