This 16-month contract role is pivotal in redefining mortgage renewals from a transactional to a relationship-driven journey. You will oversee all phases of the lifecycle, prioritize customer engagement, and implement effective strategies with a strong emphasis on retention and product depth. This is your chance to lead cross-functional initiatives and monitor their success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and lead the mortgage renewal strategy and roadmap
• Ensure seamless delivery of the customer experience
• Coordinate with diverse stakeholders for project alignment
• Use data to optimize customer engagement strategies
• Develop governance frameworks for journey sustainability
Requirements:
• 7+ years in retail banking or relevant consulting experience
• Proven success in managing impactful programs
• Strong understanding of mortgage and home financing
• Degree in Business, Commerce, or related areas
• Exceptional data analysis and performance management skills
