2nd Shift Janitorial Supervisor Position

Become the key leader as a Janitorial Supervisor for the 2nd shift at C&W Services. Your expertise will shape the quality of cleaning operations and ensure smooth service delivery.

In this role, you will report to the Senior Operation Manager and be responsible for coordinating janitorial staff and services. Oversee project activities, conduct quality assurance evaluations, and foster effective communication with clients. You will manage schedules and train new employees to build a skilled team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly supervise employees and evaluate performance

• Maintain service quality and resolve delivery issues

• Conduct employee training and site orientation

• Oversee payroll management and inventory controls

• Coordinate snow removal and additional duties as required

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in a supervisory role

• Bilingual in English and Spanish

• Excellent communication skills

• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities

• Completion of a background check is mandated
