In this senior role, you lead a team of 3-5 Product Solutions Analysts to bridge gaps between Engineering, Product, and Customer Support. You’ll have the authority to shape processes and address client needs effectively. Your responsibilities span coaching, maintaining team standards, and driving responsiveness based on segment health metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own vertical health, client relations, and outcomes
• Forge open lines of communication with Engineering
• Coach analysts for improved analysis and execution
• Transform insights from the field into impactful actions
• Proactively manage and respond to segment health data
Requirements:
• Over 4 years in product operations or similar roles
• Experience in team management or mentorship
• Strong data analysis skills with SQL proficiency
• Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce
• Excellent communication skills are essential
