Position: Practice Leader Role
Join Cannon Design as the Toronto Office Practice Leader. Lead strategic initiatives while cultivating a diverse and high-performance team environment.

In this role, your strategic vision and leadership will significantly influence the growth of Cannon Design’s Toronto office. You will be responsible for driving business development strategies, increasing the office’s top-line revenue, and enhancing our market presence. Empowering your team and clients through effective design solutions will be central to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategize and implement business plans for top-line growth

• Mentor Market and Client Leaders for enhanced performance

• Promote brand enhancement initiatives within the community

• Foster a collaborative and innovative design culture

• Engage with clients on high-level project tasks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required;
Master’s advantageous

• Minimum 15 years’ experience with business growth focus

• Effective communication and leadership capabilities

• Ability to drive a team-focused culture

• Willingness to travel when needed
