Enterprise Strategy Director

Reporting directly to the SVP of Strategy & Business Enablement, the Senior Director will drive strategic planning and execution across investment, operational, and financial areas. Your experience managing complex assignments will enable you to engage with executives, guiding corporate initiatives and translating strategic challenges into actionable solutions. This role emphasizes collaboration and relationship management to create alignment among diverse business units and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage enterprise-wide strategic planning and execution cycles

• Develop the comprehensive Enterprise Business Plan with executives

• Lead corporate strategy development and execution initiatives

• Facilitate senior leader off-sites and strategic discussions

• Communicate insights to executive-level audiences effectively
