Senior Design and Construction Manager

• Oversee project budgets, scopes, and schedules
• Track, modify, and forecast project timelines
• Communicate effectively with clients and project teams daily
• Manage contracts, invoices, and payment reviews
• Prepare reports to stakeholders regarding project status

• 8+ years of experience in project management
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field such as Construction Management
• Project Management Qualified (PMP) certification preferred
• Skilled in software for scheduling and budgeting
• Experience with large-scale construction projects
