Take charge as a live-in Superintendent and help foster a community where residents love to live. Your focus on property maintenance and resident engagement will be key!
We are looking for a hands-on Superintendent to oversee our residential community’s daily operations. Ideal candidates will have 2 to 5 years in building maintenance or property management, with technical certifications in relevant areas being beneficial.
Your role will guarantee a safe, welcoming environment for everyone involved.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address resident inquiries and emergencies professionally
• Handle inquiries, applications, and suite showings for leasing
• Coordinate maintenance tasks and conduct inspections
• Manage work orders and ensure system efficiency
• Perform seasonal maintenance and safety inspections
Requirements:
• Diploma or equivalent required; technical credentials desirable
• 2 to 5 years of building maintenance experience
• Detailed knowledge of building codes and resident rights
• Familiarity with emergency safety procedures
• Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities
