Strategic Advisor CEO

Lead pivotal initiatives at Metrolinx as the Senior Manager and Advisor to the President and CEO. Shape strategy, government relations, and executive operations in the Greater Golden Horseshoe.

As a key leader within Metrolinx, you will guide strategic alignment between organizational objectives and government directives while providing critical executive support. This role demands exceptional stakeholders' management skills and the capability to navigate complex operational challenges. You'll also oversee governance processes and enhance communications across the organization.

• Act on behalf of the Chief of Staff in meetings
• Provide strategic advice on major programs and policy development
• Lead cross-functional teams through special projects
• Build relationships with government partners and senior leaders
• Oversee CEO internal and external communications

• University degree in Business Administration or related discipline
• Proven experience in executive-level support
• Experience managing executive briefings and sensitive information
• Background working with senior executives and government stakeholders
• Robust leadership skills and team development experience
