This leadership role requires expertise in strategic partnerships, ecosystem development, and community building for the digital-first banking landscape  will lead impactful initiatives that support client acquisition, deepen engagement, and reinforce brand relevance within the Canadian small business market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic partnership proposals

• Oversee end-to-end partner management processes

• Cultivate impactful community engagement through outreach

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to launch initiatives

• Track KPIs to optimize performance and impact

Requirements:

• 7+ years in strategic partnerships or related fields

• Proven experience in growing digital-first platforms

• Deep knowledge of the Canadian small business market

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Relevant post-secondary education; MBA preferred
