GTA Regional Manager at CCS

Lead operations for Commercial Cleaning Services as a Regional Manager in the Greater Toronto Area. Oversee a dedicated team to deliver high-quality cleaning and customer service across multiple sites.

In this pivotal role, you’ll manage area and site managers, implementing operational plans that meet contractual obligations and service level requirements. Develop staffing strategies and coordinate comprehensive cleaning programs, ensuring the highest standards in client satisfaction and compliance. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage area and site managers for multiple client facilities

• Develop and implement operational plans aligned with budgets

• Ensure adequate staffing and resource allocation

• Coordinate high-standard periodic cleaning programs

• Handle client complaints with prompt resolutions

Requirements:

• 5-7 years in a facility services leadership role

• Proven ability to manage multiple clients across sectors

• Post-secondary education in business or related field

• Solid knowledge of cleaning industry best practices

• Valid G-Class Driver’s License
