Oversee monthly portfolio reporting to Global HR Steering Committee, highlighting risks and mitigation
Collaborate with HR leadership on annual portfolio planning and prioritization
Provide financial and governance guidance to project managers and leads
Continuously improve portfolio monitoring and reporting using financial data insights
Maintain knowledge of Enterprise Delivery Framework updates and tools
Manage HR Services OPEX including FTE forecasting and expense approvals
Promote effective risk management aligned with the Bank’s risk culture
Build and lead a high-performing, inclusive team with a focus on development, succession, and engagement
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:
5+ years managing and forecasting department budgets (Capex/Opex)
5+ years in financial analysis and reporting (CPA, CFA considered an asset)
5+ years in project portfolio planning and management (prioritization, capacity planning, cost estimating)
Advanced analytical and executive presentation skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
3+ years in program/project governance methodologies
Knowledge of project lifecycle (PMP or similar certification is an asset)
