Your role will require strong financial competencies in property management and accounting, as well as exceptional interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with landlords and franchisees. You’ll handle everything from lease data integrity to bad debt management and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of property managers in your assigned region

• Liaise with landlords on reconciliations and maintenance issues

• Ensure lease data integrity and manage financial transactions

• Oversee evaluations and audits of properties

• Prepare correspondence for rent adjustments and outstanding payments

Requirements:

• Bilingual in French and English is mandatory

• 5+ years in property management or lease administration
