In this senior role, you will lead regional revenue managers in developing strategies that enhance margins and optimize local business performance. Collaboration with internal teams, including the Regional President and Merchandising, is key. Your analytical acumen will support trend analysis and effective decision-making to improve margins and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the regional revenue management team for best practices
• Analyze sales/margin data for actionable insights
• Implement new pricing strategies and manage change
• Train managers on effective margin management tools
• Conduct root cause analysis to drive improvements
Requirements:
• 5+ years in revenue management experience
• 2+ years in a leadership capacity
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma preferred
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills necessary
