As part of HOOPP, the Manager of Member Services plays a critical role in managing a service team responsible for guiding members through their pension journey. This leadership position emphasizes exceptional client service and continuous improvement, aiming for a team that educates and actively supports over 500,000 health-care workers in their retirement planning. Your leadership will directly impact the delivery of high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage team performance and coaching strategies
• Conduct regular development meetings with team members
• Oversee adherence to service level agreements
• Monitor team productivity and implement necessary corrective actions
• Champion change management within the team
Requirements:
• 7+ years in pension/insurance service environments
• 1-2 years in a leadership role preferred
• Strong client-service orientation and communication skills
• Relevant University/College degree
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Drive superior service delivery and team development to ensure HOOPP meets its commitment to Ontario health-care workers.
