Position: Transformative Program Manager at RBC
Lead enterprise-level initiatives with RBC as a Senior Manager in Strategic Programs. This hybrid role focuses on strategic governance to drive business outcomes and regulatory initiatives.

RBC is looking for a Senior Manager to join their Strategic Execution team. In this position, you will partner with stakeholders, oversee project performance, and facilitate communication with senior leaders. Your leadership will help shape cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with RBC's long-term strategy.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in Business or Finance

• MBA or relevant designation preferred

• 5+ years of project management experience

• Proficiency in Excel and Power Point
