Enterprise Strategy Director

Lead enterprise strategy initiatives at a major pension investment organization in Toronto. This position involves strategic planning, execution, and alignment with top executives in a hybrid work model.

As Senior Director of Enterprise Strategy, you will report to the SVP, Strategy & Business Enablement, managing enterprise-wide strategies and ensuring alignment across investments and operations. This role demands a strategic thinker with skills in project management and stakeholder engagement to drive high-impact initiatives and facilitate Board discussions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee enterprise-wide strategic planning and execution

• Develop the corporate Enterprise Business Plan collaboratively

• Integrate functional sub-strategies into a unified roadmap

• Monitor KPIs to ensure successful execution of strategies

• Influence and implement strategic initiatives across teams

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in senior strategy roles

• Familiarity with pension or asset management sectors

• Proven project management and strategic planning skills

• Excellent communication to executive-level audiences

• Strong analytical and leadership abilities
