Become a pivotal part of Ontario's infrastructure as a Senior Consultant for the Ministry of the Solicitor General. Oversee major capital projects focusing on correctional and community safety facilities. The Ministry of the Solicitor General is offering a role for a Senior Consultant to manage facility management and lifecycle planning of P3 projects.
Key Responsibilities- Manage planning and design for major capital projects
- Oversee contracting for maintenance and service agreements
- Liaise with Infrastructure Ontario and senior ministry addresses
- Advise management on politically sensitive matters
- Enhance stakeholder relationships and manage project risks
- Experience with complex infrastructure management
- Robust business acumen and understanding of budgets
- Technical understanding of P3 contracts
- Proven skills in negotiation and claims management
- Capacity to address public and stakeholder interests
