UNICEF Canada seeks a Senior Manager for Legacy Giving & Estate Administration to influence charities' future. Join a dedicated team in Toronto with a flexible-hybrid work model. In this pivotal role, you will lead the estate administration portfolio and enhance planned giving strategies for UNICEF’s mission.
With solid analytical skills and a passion for relationship management, you will oversee estate communications and facilitate engagement with donors and families. Collaborating across teams, you will support significant fundraising efforts for children in need around the globe.
Key Responsibilities- Manage full lifecycle of estate administration processes
- Act as primary contact for estate representatives
- Conduct due diligence on all estate communications
- Maintain tracking and reporting in Raiser’s Edge
- Collaborate on gift acceptance policy updates
- Degree or relevant experience in estate administration
- Minimum 5-7 years in a charity or legal setting
- Proficiency in both English and French preferred
- Strong project management and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with MS Office and CRMs
