In this role, you will manage operations in Toronto, Oakville, and Markham, guiding a team of 3-5 Office Managers while aligning with BDO’s objectives. Your expertise will promote exceptional client service and streamline office processes for improved efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of Office Managers and administrative staff
• Oversee office operations and administrative activities
• Hire, train, and manage staff for effective performance
• Foster teamwork and a positive work culture
• Manage office expenses and budget planning
Requirements:
• 5+ years in leadership roles within an administrative team
• Proven experience in a multi-office environment
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office;
Workday experience a plus
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Lead effective office operations and enhance communication as part of BDO's transformative team.
